Oh boy, what a mess! I'm still stuck with my complaint. I ordered two tops in a 2XL according to their size chart, which is meant to be a UK size 20. I'm usually a size 16, but when these things arrived, they were so tiny that even my friend, who wears a size 10, couldn't squeeze into them. All I get back is a generic response claiming they sent the correct size and telling me to ship them back to China at my own cost. I get it if I had changed my mind, but they just don’t fit!

The garments were poorly constructed. The zipper on the dress was broken. The fabric felt weak. Customer service is a joke. They insisted I should cover the return shipping. A refund was denied. Their attitude is just the worst. Seriously, steer clear of this place.

Avoid ordering from this website. It took more than three months for my items to show up, and when they finally did, the dress I received looked like a worn-out rag. It was nothing like what was shown in the photo.

Honestly, I’d rate this a zero if I could. My package hasn’t shown up yet, and nobody’s getting back to me about it. I paid for something that looks like it’s never gonna arrive. Seriously, steer clear of this site.

Seriously, steer clear of chikvoss. The stuff they sell is total junk and doesn’t match what they show you. When you try to voice your concerns, they just suggest sending it back... to China... great, right? Returning it would cost me more than the item itself. The hair straightener I got was nothing like what I expected, and now it’s just trash. Chikvoss is a total scam!!!!!!!!

This business is a total joke! I ordered a hair straightener and specifically asked for a 'European' plug since I can use an adapter in the UK. What I got was nothing like the picture or video shown, plus it had a USA plug! Total rubbish! The only thing they offered me was 15% off my next purchase!! No way!! STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!!!

I really wish I had come across these reviews before I made my purchase on September 28, 2019. Just got my order, and it’s exactly what others have mentioned... IT'S GARBAGE, total GARBAGE. AVOID THIS PRODUCT. I got suckered into buying the curling/straightening iron, and while browsing their site, I stumbled upon some other items. Man, I’m so bummed out for not doing my homework; I thought they were legit since their website looks pretty slick with all those videos, but trust me, don’t be fooled.

Steer clear of Chicvos! It’s a total scam! My order never showed up! Every time I reach out to customer service, they just send me the same old reply about my stuff being in transit! Pinterest really ought to put a stop to them!

Then it hit me—the flat iron in the video isn’t the one they sent me! It’s hard to believe someone would pull a stunt like this. They really ought to be banned from Pinterest. I’ve never written a negative review before, but here we are. Seriously, don’t buy from this company. The seller knows it doesn’t perform as promised and still sells it. What a loser! I can’t imagine how they sleep at night, knowing they’ve misled so many folks. But hey, karma’s a thing!

Steer clear of buying from this seller! They misrepresent their products, and when you finally receive what you believed you were getting, it’s nothing like what you expected—totally off. After that, they’ll check if they’ll allow a refund. But hold up, before they give the green light, they expect you to return it in the original packaging and unused. Plus, you gotta cover the shipping costs, and only then will they consider the refund.

I ended up with some quarter machine quality junk from this company, and their return policy is just a clever way to hold onto your cash. They set the return price to match the shipping costs, so folks end up spending more to send it back than what they paid for the item. Total junk, I tell ya.

I got hooked by their wild videos showing hair straighteners turning folks' hair into silk, but man, what a letdown! It took a whole month to get my order for a 'professional steam straightener' and some hair treatment. When it finally showed up, I was shocked to find the tiniest, cheapest plastic hair straightener I've ever laid eyes on, and guess what? No steam feature at all! The jar of hair treatment was super tiny too. After feeling totally scammed by this company, I'm really hesitant to even try this stuff. Who knows, it could make your hair fall out or something! I've sent emails to their customer service, but they just ignore me! Bottom line? STAY AWAY FROM CHICVOSS, IT'S A TOTAL SCAM!!!

I placed my order on August 31st, and here I am still waiting for my package. Just got an email saying it was sent back to the sender. Honestly, I doubt I'll see my order or get my cash back. Seriously, steer clear of Chicvoss; it's a total joke and a scam.
